Easi Base

Easi Base is designed for the manufacture of products which feature a biscuit base such as cheesecakes. The oil binds the biscuit together, ensuring that the base is well moulded and crumble free. Easi Base ensures that biscuit bases retain their structure and flavour whilst on the shelf.

Easi Base yields superior results compared to common alternatives with regard to consistency and flavour and is also a cheaper alternative than butter or margarine. It is available with or without natural butter flavours and colours.

Application
Biscuit bases typically contain approximately 2 parts biscuit to 1 part shortening. Actual ingredients and processing methods may significantly reduce the level of shortening required.
