Valley Pride DohFresh is a fluid bread shortening which offers extended shelf life and superior loaf quality. It helps the baker achieve results which far exceed those offered by plain vegetable oils. In particular, DohFresh offers improvements in aroma, structure, texture, softness, crust character and oven spring. DohFresh is suitable for use in all types of bread including white, wholemeal, multigrain, fruit loaf, bread rolls and specialty loaves. The typical usage rate is 1% on the flour, however higher usage rates increase softness and extend shelf life even further. DohFresh is ideal for applications where product differentiation between your products and those of your competitors is a key issue.

Product is offered in a range of pack sizes including 10 and 20 litre / kg packs, 205 litre drums and 1000 litre IBC and Pallecon.
