Clearbake is a clear (non-emulsified) wide tolerance release agent designed for the clean release of all kinds of bread and rolls, higher sugar content bread styles such as fruit loaves and buns, as well as in the manufacture of crumpets.

Clearbake gives certain release over a wide range of ambient temperature and humidity conditions. It has been designed to overcome difficult conditions such as dented bread pans or spraying equipment which may be out of adjustment.

Clearbake is recommended for automatic pan spraying systems which use water-free release agents. Examples include Mallet and Burford. It may also be applied manually or with hand held spray guns.

Product is offered in a range of pack sizes including 10 and 20 litre / kg packs, 205 litre drums and 1000 litre IBC and Pallecon.
