Twinkle
Twinkle is a release agent designed for application to tins and trays for the release of cakes, fairy cakes, muffins and other high sugar content products. Twinkle clings to the sides of individual cake cups and does not accumulate in the bottom of the cup, a characteristic which is achieved by a delicate balance of the right ingredients.
Twinkle contains starch, which contributes to its quick release properties and its ability to maintain an effective barrier between the batter and the pan. Its industry-leading release properties yield high quality product presentation every time.
Application
Twinkle is typically applied using automatic pan spraying systems. It may also be applied manually by pastry brush. When applied in this manner, care must be taken to ensure only a thin film is applied.
